PDF Help

All of the official forms and publications on this site are in PDF format.  To view these forms, you need to use the Foxit Reader or Acrobat Reader made by Adobe.  The Foxit Reader is faster and smaller and is the preferred reader with which we test all our PDFs.

Why do we use PDF files? Because PDFs are the only way of ensuring that what we post will actually print properly.  This is especially important for entry forms.
